Ordering Process:
- Delivery and Collection
After completing the registration process, visit the products page and choose the desired type, quantity and size. Add the items to the cart, then easily complete you order.
- Address
Please add the address carefully using the correct information, because it can not be modified after completing your purchase. If the address needs to be modified, the customer sjould contact the shipping company immediately. As such, the store is not responsible for incorrect address information and does not cover the costs of returned products, which are added to the customer"s invoice.
- Shipping Carrier
The customer can choose any of the shipping carriers listed in the store. However, it cannot be changed after completing the purchase. The store has the right to change the shipping carrier as it deems appropriate to current circumstances.
- Payment
Choose a suitable payment method from those listed in the store (Apple Pay, Mada, CreditCard, Cash, etc.)
Orders Policy:
- Order Confirmation
The order is reviewed to ensure that all the information submitted is correct. Once it is confirmed, the customer is notified via email or text messages. If the order is not confirmed for any reason whatsoever, the customer will also notified be notified by the store"s technical support team, and the customer will not be charged with the products chosen.
- Order Cancellation
The customer has the right to cancel the order for any reason as long as it hasn"t been confirmed by the store or entered the implementation stage. This is done by contacting the store"s technical support team directly via any available method of communication. However, the store also has the right to cancel the order for any reason, provided that the customer is notified in writing by e-mail or text message.
- Order Shipping
After completing the order, our partners will ship it to the address specified by the customer. The store bears no responsibility in regards to adding the address information, which are the responsibility of the customer in full. Shipping costs are indicated in the order"s invoice. The expected delivery time depends on which shipping carrier is selected. As such, the order should be delivered on time or earlier.
