Replacement and Return Policy

To keep our customers happy and satisfied with every purchase, we have developed a refund feature valid for 14 days after receiving the products. Note: To earn a refund, the returned products must be in the same condition as before, with the label intact. We will refund payments within 7 to 14 days, depending on how long your bank transactions take. 
- Note: The refund is for the product amount only, not including the delivery amount.
- In case of defect/damage to products 
- The customer should contact technical support within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide a photo of the damaged product. 
- The customer can choose to either replace the item, replace the item with another of the same value, or receive a refund if the product is not available. 
 
- In case the order is incomplete 
The customer is required to provide a proof of an incomplete order. After which, it is returned with delivery/shipping costs covered by the store
 
- In case the order is over-delivered 
The customer should contact technical support, which will provide a return policy to send the extra items via a shipping company specified by the store. The store bears all costs of this process.
 
- In case of replacement with another product: 
The replacement is done via WhatsApp or e-mail. Note that the replacement is  free of charge for undiscounted products, If the product is discounted or includes free delivery the customer will pays for shipping. You can track your order using the shipment tracking number, which we will email to you or provide in the order page of your account. 
 
Note: If the size you want is not available in stock, we will refund your payments. 
In case of dispute, La Forme reserves  the right to make the final decision on all  returns. 
 
 
The returned product is reviewed upon reception. If the condition is the same as before, the refund is approved and initiated. Within 7 to 14 days, the payments will be transferred back to your credit card or original payment method.
 
Note: If you don"t receive your money back, double check your bank account. 
Then contact your credit card issuer, because transactions may take a while. 
If you still haven"t received your refund after completing these steps, please contact us. 
 
The customer should contact technical support within 24 hours of order delivery. Then, the store will send the product replaced in the customer"s invoice, provided that the customer should follow the return policy and ships the other product back. Shipping is not covered by the store in this case.
